On 11 June, 2007 I was accepted in “Acta-Medica” medical center. I’d like to express my thanks and admirations for all doctors and nurses for their wonderful treatment of each patient. The medical center is kept in perfect hygiene.

I went to Acta-Medica on 26 June, 2007 with heart complaints. It was really surprising to see such perfect conditions in a small country hospital. I just could not believe my eyes. The doctors and nurses are wonderful and the treatment of patients is at a high European level.

I was accepted in the Intensive care ward of “Acta –Medica” on 19 June, 2007. I had a serious heartbeat problem and my condition was really poor. Thanks to the quick medical help my heart was soon beating normally. I am deeply thankful to all the medical personnel for their good treatment of their patients. I will not mention names because they are all so kind. The discipline and hygiene there are perfect.
My hearty wishes to all of them and thanks once again for everything.

As I can’t express personally my admiration for the new medical center “Acta-Medica”, I would like to do that in a letter.
My name is Totka Kerekova and I live in Sevlievo. I have had diabetes for 10 years. On 12 May I went to the Internal “Ward of Acta-Medica” for blood sugar lowering. When I was accepted by friendly kind doctors, nurses and hospital attendants. My hospital room looked more like a hotel room and I felt as on holiday. I was really delighted by the beautiful inner design.
I believe that “Acta-Medica” makes all citizens proud and glad to live in our town. I wish you to be always as warm-hearted and dedicated to your profession as you are now. Love is not something that one sells or buys, it is a gift. The eyes of your patients fill with tears of happiness when you receive them with a smile.

I went to “Acta-Medika” on 29 May, 2008. I’ve been to other hospitals but I’ve never seen such hygiene, humane treatment and care for the patients.
Careful and always with a smile, the medical staff make you forget that you are ill.

I just can’t find words to describe “Acta-Medica”, the only hospital in Gabrovo region matching all standards.
