The Obstetric Gynecological Department offers the following surgical interventions, diagnostic and treatment of gynecological diseases:

1. Laparoscopic operations of ovaries, uterus, uterine tubes, lesser pelvis.
- Cystectomy (removal of ovarian cysts)
- Myomectomy (removal of superficial uterine fibroids (myomas)
- Operations removing the pain during menstruation (LUNA).
- Surgical sterilization
- Laparoscopic diagnostic and treatment of tubular sterility

2. Classical operations
- Hysterectomy (surgical removal of the uterus in cases of benign formations – myoma uteri)
- Myomectomy (removal of myoma knots)
- Surgical treatment of ovary and uterine tube diseases (benign and inflammatory)

3. Vaginal surgical interventions.
- Surgical removal of the uterus through the vagina in a case of a complete vaginal prolapse
- Surgical corrections with a mesh in diseases accompanied by involuntary release of urine (TOS)
- Vaginal wall plastic in partial prolapse
- Diagnostic and treatment of inflammatory and pre-cancer diseases of outer genitals, vagina, uterus and cervix
- Diagnostic curettage of uterus and endocervical canal
- Cervical biopsy
- Surgical removal of Bartholin cysts – formations in the outer genital aria as a result of inflammations

All surgical interventions are done with general anesthesia and post-operational anodyne medication.
